This is the second time I have ordered from Ninja Transfers. Both times I was pleased but there were small issues and I am not sure if it was my fault this time. The first time they did not remove the white background from inside of only 1 letter of a large print. Luckily, it was very square so I was able to use and exacto knife to fix it, so the prints were salvageable. This time I requested that the background be removed (from a design we got last time too with no issues) and they left it in the cardinal logo so I will not be able to fix that myself. I will be more specific with my wording next time.

I loved my purchase. This was my first time ordering for my new small online tote business. The whole process was very user friendly for uploading the designs and ordering on the site. The deliver was fast and efficient. It was easy to print on my canvas tote bags. They peeled very smooth and the ink was flush to the bag. Color was vibrant.

First time ordering and using DTF transfers and I will absolutely order from NT again! The quality was amazing as was the application. Instructions were clear and I like the printed version and the video on the website. Also loved the sample stickers and will be adding those in my next order as well!

Right away super pleased with the first impression of these DTF out the box from the mail carrier to the instructions included! Very informative and easy to understand. Pressing the shirts easy and soft feel and not stiff or heavy coat compared to others in the market. They definitely pay attention to detail !
